How much does shipping cost?

Shipping from Canada currently costs 6.99 EUR

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time:

  • North America: 3 - 5 business days
  • Worldwide: 10 - 14 working days
  • Australia and New Zealand: 7 - 22 working days

Please note that due to the fact that each product is handmade and custom made for each order, shipping times may vary. All orders are shipped directly from Canada.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.

Ja, du kannst deine Ware zurückschicken, solange sie sich im ursprünglichen Zustand und in der Originalverpackung befindet. Do you offer express shipping?

We do not currently offer express shipping, but we are working on introducing this option in the future.

Can I change my delivery address later?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can change the address. Please contact us as soon as possible.

What happens if my package is lost?

If your package is lost, please contact us. We will arrange a replacement delivery.

What do I do if my package arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged (e.g. broken or cracked), please contact our customer service immediately. Please send us the necessary information and photos or videos of the damage so that we can investigate the matter as quickly as possible and find a solution.

If the box or packaging is damaged, we ask you to send us a photo of the box before opening it. This will help us to properly process the claim and find the best possible solution for you.
